What does it do for jewelry consumers?
aGQa Guaranteed Certificates are designed to give consumers the confidence in what they are buying with aGQa's 90 day guarantee underwritten by Jewelers Mutual Insurance Co. With aGQa Guaranteed Certificates, consumers have all grading information (including any lab report numbers) and warranty information on their certificate. This information is stored in the consumer’s Online Jewelry Vault. The Online Jewelry Vault is Free to consumers and allows them to track certificate and item data such as cleanings, repairs and warranties. This free service also allows the consumer to send their appraisal information directly to their insurance agent or purchase insurance directly from Jewelers Mutual Ins. Co.
aGQa encourages the use of all accredited lab reports (AGS, GIA, EGL, etc) as our interactive program allows our clients to include lab report numbers on their Guaranteed Certificates. aGQa also allows our clients to create appraisal certificates for their consumers.
aGQa members must complete a thorough screening process to become a member. We only partner with strong and reputable wholesalers and retailers. This ensures confidence in our partnerships.

How does aGQa work?
With a strict application process, aGQa partners with retailers and wholesalers to offer confidence and credibility in the marketplace. Approved clients provide descriptive information to aGQa. aGQa creates certificates and appraisals that are delivered to the consumer. Clients or consumers can elect to have a credit card-size certificate/appraisal, a full 8.5" x 11" color certificate/appraisal, or simply an electronic file that they can store online or print themselves. These certificates are used by consumers for insurance, maintenance and tracking purposes.

What is aGQa's guarantee?
For a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, aGQa guarantees that the opinions of the descriptive information stated on the front of the aGQa Assurance Certificate is accurate within known industry standards. This guarantee is valid only on items with a Replacement Value of less than $10,000.
