aGQa to announce Electronic Dealership Network (EDN) at Centurion; Tucson, AZ
Exclusive online jeweler’s network to revolutionize how jewelers sell on-line and in-store
Janesville, WI -- January 29, 2010 – Senior officers from software company, aGQa, will be visiting with
jewelers at Centurion to introduce the first ever Electronic Dealership Network. EDN, a web-based industry
management tool, gives the retail jeweler the ability to select web plug-ins to add vendors’ products
to their retail website. Creating a fair online selling market, all sales are processed according to dealership
and E-Territory rules established by the community. EDN offers a very affordable and comprehensive suite of business
management tools for online and in-store including E-Commerce, automated sales incentives, virtual inventory, live
industry statistics, and mobile applications.

Jewelers have already committed to join the Electronic Dealership Network citing reasons such as, “[EDN] is going
to change how jewelers do business.”, “This is something that every jeweler needs to compete in our technological
world”, and “[EDN] is so simple. Why hasn’t a business helped us like this before?”
With the jewelry industry and economy hit hard in 2009, EDN solidifies business and consumer relations, provides
an ideal online selling platform for all jewelers, drastically cuts marketing costs, increases brand/retail awareness
and provides unheard of business data in an easy to use format. Among others, President Steve Yeko, Sr. and Chief
Technology Officer Ted Krapf will be present at Centurion to discuss EDN with suppliers and retailers. Mr. Yeko and
Mr. Krapf will be offering a second wave of memberships and looking for jeweler commitments to the network.
Private meeting times are still available between Sunday and Tuesday.
Statistics report that 59% of all jewelry buyers browse online before making a purchase. The majority of retailers'
web sites only have links to their designers. When a user clicks the designer link, the user leaves the retailer's
web site, and greatly reduces the likelihood of a purchase. EDN asks, "Are you capturing your web
traffic and sales? It's time to stop consumers from leaving your web site to browse and purchase products elsewhere."
EDN is the only solution for all retailers to compete online while supporting their brick and mortar stores. EDN brings
the industry one neutral portal solution that can be used by suppliers, retailers, and the end consumer. EDN is unique
because all online sales go through the retailer's web site while the consumer sees the designers' look and merchandise.
When brands join the network, the retailer can add as many "Jewelry Buckets" to their web site as they like. The
consumer sees a full brand catalog on the retailer's site while never leaving. EDN helps the jeweler manage their web site by
supporting all their brands. EDN makes sure the site has the latest products, availability and up-to-the-minute pricing.
Online selling for 2010 is only one component. EDN is an entire platform. It's where jewelers NEED to be for their customers
and business. Jewelers positioning themselves now is the key to continued business and growth.
